The Fertility Foundations Course
A Couple’s Guide to Conception
You are not crazy for feeling like something is being missed.
You are not impatient.
You are not “overthinking.”
And you are not failing.
But month after month, when you are doing everything right and still not seeing two lines… it starts to feel personal.
You analyse every symptom, google every sensation and start to replay every appointment in your head.
You were told everything looks “normal.”
But it doesn’t feel normal.
And deep down, you know you need more than reassurance.
You need understanding.
The Fertility Foundations Course was created for couples who are done guessing and ready to finally understand what is actually happening inside their bodies.
Not just what to take.
Not just when to time intercourse.
But how fertility truly works and what genuinely influences egg quality, sperm quality, implantation, and early pregnancy health.
This is not another fertility checklist.
And it is not another expensive supplement protocol.
The fertility world is saturated with marketing disguised as science. Trendy products. Fear-based messaging. Influencers selling hope in capsule form.
Inside this course, I teach you:
• What is genuinely evidence-based
• What is unnecessary noise
• What can sometimes make outcomes worse
• How to stop wasting money on marketing fluff
Because more supplements are not the answer.
Understanding your physiology is.
You will learn how to read and interpret your own results
Not just whether they are “within range.”
But whether they are optimal for conception.
You will learn:
• What to ask your GP for
• What is commonly overlooked
• What often gets dismissed
• How to interpret your results in context
So you are no longer dependent on someone saying, “Everything looks fine.”
You will understand your body well enough to ask better questions.
That alone changes everything.
If IVF becomes part of your journey
You deserve to walk into it prepared rather than feeling overwhelmed and desperate. This course teaches you how to support egg quality and sperm DNA in the months leading up to IVF, how to optimise your biological environment before stimulation, and what truly matters before embryo transfer.
Because how you prepare in the three to four months beforehand matters.
And confidence walking into IVF matters even more.
Personalised strategies for personalised issues
Fertility is not one-size-fits-all.
Inside this course we cover targeted approaches for:
PCOS and insulin resistance
Endometriosis and inflammatory load
Autoimmune conditions
Thyroid dysfunction
Low ovarian reserve
Recurrent miscarriage
Male factor infertility
Unexplained infertility
Not every woman needs the same supplements.
Not every couple needs the same diet.
Not every diagnosis requires the same response.
This course teaches you how to think, not just what to copy.
Real Women. Real Context. Real Shifts.
Emma, 36
“We had already done IVF once. We thought that was just our reality.”
After nearly six years of unexplained infertility, my husband and I had been through a full IVF round. It failed. Every test was labelled normal.
When Sam reviewed my history properly, she explained that my iron wasn’t technically low, but it wasn’t supporting ovulation or egg energy either.
We rebuilt my iron stores properly and simplified everything else.
Before starting our second IVF cycle, I fell pregnant naturally.
It wasn’t magic. It was finally addressing something that had been quietly missed for years.
Hannah, 32
“I was told my thyroid was fine.”
After two early miscarriages, I kept being reassured that my results were normal.
When Sam reviewed them through a fertility lens, she explained my thyroid was underperforming for conception. Not dramatically. Just enough.
Once we addressed it properly, I fell pregnant quickly and maintained the pregnancy.
The biggest relief was realising I wasn’t broken. Something had simply been overlooked.
Olivia, 34
“I never struggled to fall pregnant. I struggled through pregnancy.”
I conceived easily, but every pregnancy left me exhausted, anxious, nauseous, and depleted.
Before considering another baby, I followed Sam’s protocols focusing on blood sugar, micronutrients, gut health, inflammation, and nervous system regulation.
My next pregnancy was completely different.
Stable mood. Manageable nausea. Sustainable energy.
For the first time, I felt supported instead of surviving.
I recently said something I never thought I would:
“I would actually consider a fourth now, because I know how much I can influence my pregnancy experience.”
A final note
This course does not promise pregnancy. No ethical fertility education should.
But it does promise something powerful.
Understanding, Strategy, And confidence.
Confidence that nothing important has been missed.
Confidence that your choices are grounded in science.
Confidence that you are supporting fertility from the foundations up.
If you are ready to stop piecing information together from social media and start understanding your fertility properly, this course was made for you.
You do not need more noise, you need clarity.
And clarity changes everything.

Why I made this course
When we decided we were ready to try for our daughter, I remember how all consuming it became. I remember crying when my period arrived, replaying every detail of the month in my head, wondering if I had missed something or done something wrong. Once you make the decision that you want to conceive, it is no longer casual, it lives in your thoughts daily. You start tracking, analysing, researching, trying to create the best possible environment and outcome for a baby you have not even met yet. I understand that emotional weight, the quiet disappointment, the deep desire to do everything properly. I created this course not only because I have lived that season myself and now walked alongside hundreds of couples clinically, but because I wanted to make this level of education accessible to more people. Not everyone is in a financial position to work with me one to one, and that should not mean you miss out on understanding your blood work, your cycle, your fertility foundations and how to optimise them properly. This course exists so more couples can feel informed, empowered and proactive in one of the most vulnerable and important seasons of their lives.
