Full Health Analysis
Understand your body before you try to fix it.
If you've been told your blood tests are "normal" but you still don't feel like yourself, this is where we start.
The Full Health Analysis is a comprehensive 60-minute consultation designed to uncover why you're experiencing symptoms, rather than simply managing them.
Together we'll explore your complete health history, blood test results, nutrition, lifestyle, hormones, gut health, stress, sleep and medical history to identify the root causes driving your symptoms.
Whether you're struggling with fatigue, painful periods, acne, fertility concerns, gut issues, thyroid dysfunction, autoimmune conditions, PCOS, endometriosis, perimenopause, or simply know something isn't right, this consultation is designed to connect the dots.
Following your consultation, you'll receive a personalised health plan which may include:
- Nutrition recommendations
- Lifestyle strategies
- Practitioner-grade supplement protocols
- Blood test interpretation
- Recommendations for further pathology or functional testing where appropriate
- Clear education so you understand exactly what's happening in your body
This consultation provides the roadmap. Once we understand why your symptoms are happening, we can create a targeted plan to move forward.
This service is for you if:
✔ You're a new client (or I haven't treated you for 12 months)
✔ You've never had your symptoms looked at from a root-cause perspective.
✔ You have multiple symptoms that seem unrelated.
✔ You've tried different practitioners but still don't have answers.
✔ You want a personalised plan based on your unique physiology rather than generic advice.

Follow-Up Consultation
Because your health doesn't stay the same, neither should your plan.
Healing is a process, not a single appointment.
Your Follow-Up Consultation is designed to review your progress, interpret any new blood tests or functional testing, and adjust your treatment plan as your body changes. As symptoms improve, new priorities often emerge, which means your nutrition, supplementation and lifestyle recommendations should evolve too.
During your consultation we'll discuss what's improved, what's still challenging you, any new symptoms that have developed, and how you're responding to your current plan. Together we'll make evidence-based adjustments to ensure you're always working towards the next priority rather than following the same protocol indefinitely.
Follow-up consultations may include:
- Reviewing your symptoms and progress
- Interpreting new blood test or functional test results
- Updating your nutrition and meal recommendations
- Adjusting practitioner-grade supplements as your body's needs change
- Lifestyle coaching around sleep, stress, movement and recovery
- Education to help you better understand your health
- Setting realistic goals and clear next steps before your next review
Every follow-up is personalised to where you are in your health journey, ensuring your treatment plan remains targeted, practical and aligned with your current goals.
This service is for you if:
✔ You've already completed a Full Health Analysis.
✔ You're currently following a treatment plan and want ongoing guidance.
✔ You've completed blood tests or functional testing that need interpretation.
✔ Your symptoms have changed or new concerns have developed.
✔ You want to continue making progress with expert support and accountability.
How often should I book?
There is no one-size-fits-all approach. Some women benefit from reviews every 4–6 weeks while implementing significant changes, whereas others only require follow-ups every 3–6 months to reassess symptoms, review blood work, or update their protocols.
(no payment needed to make booking - you can pay via invoice after your consultation)

Which service is right for me?
Every woman's health journey is different. Some women simply want answers and a personalised treatment plan, while others want ongoing support, accountability and regular access to a practitioner as they work through their health goals.
Full Health Analysis
Perfect if you're looking for expert guidance with the flexibility to implement it yourself.
The Full Health Analysis is ideal if you're a new client, haven't worked with me for over 12 months, or simply prefer a more independent approach to your health.
Together we'll spend an hour exploring your symptoms, blood work, lifestyle, nutrition and medical history before creating a personalised treatment plan tailored specifically to you. You'll leave understanding what's happening in your body, why it's happening, and exactly where to focus first.
Many women only require periodic follow-up consultations every few months to review progress, adjust supplements or interpret new blood tests. If you're self-motivated and enjoy implementing recommendations at your own pace, this can be the perfect option.
Think of it as having your own health roadmap, with appointments booked as you need them.
1:1 Integrative Coaching
For women who don't just want a plan, they want someone in their corner every step of the way.
Research consistently shows that long-term behaviour change is far more successful when regular accountability, education and support are built into the process. That's exactly what coaching provides.
Rather than waiting until your next appointment to ask questions or make adjustments, you'll have regular access to me as your practitioner while your body changes.
Meet Your Practitioner, Sam
Hi, I'm Sam.
I'm a Registered Clinical Nutritionist, Functional Medicine Practitioner, Naturopath and Exercise Specialist with one simple belief: every woman deserves to understand her body.
For too long, women's health has been oversimplified, dismissed or reduced to quick fixes. My approach is different.
I don't believe in treating diagnoses. I believe in treating the individual sitting in front of me.
Whether you're navigating fatigue, gut issues, hormone imbalances, PCOS, endometriosis, thyroid dysfunction, fertility challenges, menopause or simply feeling like your body isn't responding the way it used to, my role is to understand whythat's happening and help you build a clear path forward.
My clinical approach combines evidence-based nutrition, functional medicine, pathology interpretation, lifestyle medicine, behaviour change and, where appropriate, advanced functional testing to uncover the underlying drivers of your symptoms. But science is only one part of the equation.
The other part is education.
My greatest goal isn't simply to improve your health while we're working together. It's to help you understand your body so well that you feel confident making decisions long after you've left my clinic. Every appointment is designed to leave you with answers, practical strategies and a deeper understanding of how your body works, because I believe education is one of the most powerful forms of healthcare.
Clients often tell me they finally feel heard. They leave understanding why they feel the way they do, rather than simply being told what to do next.
You'll never receive a one-size-fits-all protocol here. Instead, we'll work together to understand your unique physiology, your lifestyle, your goals and the many systems that influence your health. Because hormones don't exist in isolation. Neither does gut health, metabolism or stress. Everything in the body is connected, and your treatment should reflect that.
Above all, I want every woman who walks through my doors to leave feeling empowered, informed and confident in her own body.
Because when you truly understand your health, you stop relying on guesswork and start making decisions with confidence.
